Sweattmachines wife starts diet for Nat Qual

My dear sweet wife has begun the dieting process. She has 10 weeks. She is atempting to qulaify for Nationals in the figure class. Personally I think she will qulify easily and next year will win a National level show. I may be slighty biased though! I will try to get some 10 week pics of her to post.

Im looking forward to her show more than mine!

give her hugs for us then give her space! I know how bad it can be with 1 person on a pre-comp diet in a household can't imagine what it will be like with 2!!! lol

shes doing well, only a couple fits of hunger.lol

she dropped to 138lbs from 150 with 5 weeks to go. Shes lookimg pretty good-- abs and lines in legs are coming threw nicely, her back is getting very shapely--she's leaning out nicely -although she is never over 10-12% BF

the following are pics from here first 2 level IV shows last year. She place 2cnd in both. She has put on about 12lbs of quality muscle i her upper body over the past year and should look much fuller than before....
