    Alternate Exercise

I know I am a newbie, but I am curious on what exercise you can substitue for Lever Pulldowns? The gym I got to does not have that type of machine. I didnt know if you could use just a Lat Pulldown to simulate Lever Pulldowns?

well bud if your trying for back width then yes a lat pulldown will do the job, now if your wanting back thickness then it will be another choice.

For back thickness movements we use various type of deadlifts and various type of rows.

Mate you cant go wrong with reading some journals going on at this site.

Best way to learn stuff once you've read the stickies IMO.
