My muscles look and feel flat. Why?

I'm looking some direction and I think it might be related to nutrition.
I have good workouts and supplement my diet (which is good for the most part) with protein shakes. I take Vitamins, aspirin, grape seed Fish oil(4 grams). I take BCAA before and after my workouts (weights and Cardio) and with most meals. I take Kre alkalyn creatine and drink Gasparis Super Pump (one scoop) before my weight training. A whey and casien shake after.
My muscles look and feel flat. Why? :frusty::peace:

post up your whole diet... you didnt give enough info to understand whats going on. It could be sleep, stress, overtraining related as well.

First thing I think you should do is ignore Idiot.

Second, are you referring to specific muscles like your biceps or your body overall. Also, what exactly do you mean by "flat". Do you mean small, do you mean not well defined, etc.....
