Yes it works on 9 out of 10 people.

    Yes, it's worth trying.

Side effects may include a little bloat. Make sure you drink enough water. The larger increase in weights in the gym may also not allow your joints to become accustomed, so sore joints may be a problem for some.

Depending on weight, I'd stick to 5-10g post workout only.

creatine can suppress the appetide in some people,.... personally creatine doesn't give me any extra weight gain or strength gains but the "bloat" isn't the only positive thing about creatine concerning training so I take it nontheless (I don't remember what other positive things it had right now),...... and for a bonus it is also good for your brain.

Yea some people are just non-responders. That's usually to creatine monohydrate though, many that are non-responders to that see benefits from creatine anhydrous.

I add it to my shakes throughout the day. I cant say that I have noticed any diff just because of the creatine though except bloat , I take it as insurance I guess.

Water is being pulled into the cells, so you are going to look bloated.

                          Personally speaking.

Save your money, and put ti to something worth while. Food!

I bet you'll make better gains putting that money you'd blow on creatine towards more protein like beef and chicken. :dcchomp:

When moneys tight this is the order your priorities should awlays be IMO

BINGO creator most people have it backwards. Creatine is not the miracle most people think it to be.

You got that right, LOL :albert:

I remember once Arnold mentioning during an interview a few years back, that he said once everything else (training, food) is at 100% then supplements can add that extra 10-20% performance boost at best.
