Thanks man, this is great! enjoying the content, plenty to think about!

chest and back/legs/delts and arms has always been my favourite and most productive split as well!

one question though.. if I was training 4 days per week in prep mode, how would i approach the split? simply repeat the cycle with different exercises like a chest n back 'a' and 'b'?

I noticed in the DVD you talk about using a 4 day split until late into prep. how did you structure that?
