Rocky, I don't know what Skip would say, but being offseason, this is different than these guys who are dieting. I am gaining now and I don't even weigh myself or check baseline. Offseason is just to keep the metab firing properly and getting the advantage of higher insulin levels on the refeed. I don't see any reason to sweat the weight gain when you aren't dieting anyway and need to push to keep you losing. I weigh myself about once every 10 days to 2 weeks just to see if I am making progress...
