I am about 20 weeks out from a local contest and have already started to lean out. My question here is that I would like to add creatine to my supplement regiment for additional strenghth (due to the lower caloric intake)but in the past it has always bloated me and I am concerned with that taking away some of my muscle definition and smoothing me out. This is one of the reasins that I have always stayed away from creatine however I was wondering if taking it in an ester form like Cee Pro would have an advantage over plain old monohydrate.
