Yeah, tupperware is your friend. A pre-cooked chicken and rice combination can be eaten cold in a pinch. But if you're really on the go, you should theoretically still have time to sit down for whole food meals at breakfast, lunch and dinner. *If your employer follows common labour law practices, that is. Then fill the gaps with shakes.

You'll have most around here advocating a 70/30 or 60/40 approach to protein consumption (whole food vs. liquid), but as long as you're getting your meals in on time you should be okay.
