    1983 T- Type Buick Regal

just picked this ride up for less than a song.

as it sits it will smoke the tires 'til ya let off the gas.

with a little , VERY little work these cars run 1/2 mile times in the 10's..

    this is gonna be fun

Its the same as the Grand National, but its not "blacked out" , it has chrome trim on it....
the Grand National is built on the exact same platform... as the T-Type,..... the Regal

theres a guy in town that has an 8 second Grand National...... giddy-up

You mean 1/4 mile, and a 10 sec pas is not that easy, but sweet ride nevertheless. The single most impressive feature about the grand national (Im not sure if the t-type has it) is when you bring the revs up getting ready to launch the car, the rear raises. SWEEEETTTT.

Yep, easy 10 sec. platform. I love these cars, so easy to make stupid amounts of power, enjoy!!!

A friend of mine has a mid 9 second GN street car. You can hear the turbo spool up from across the parking lot at the local track. It sounds like a 747 taking off. I believe its a Turbonetics T88. Guy runs VP C16 and methanol injection at the track, and runs methanol and 93 octane on the street. Car is fast as hell either way.

Does it have a v6? What are you planning for performance?

                      You would need 600hp + for 10 sec 1/4miles ???
