If Dante told you to chop off your legs from the knee down to reduce deadlift distance..would you listen?

Diets are HIGHLY individual. Some people need 4k calories, some need 2k calories to grow. It depends on soooooo many factors.

as long as your growing and lifts are increasing and your keeping bodyfat in check and at a level you find acceptable, then carry on.

P.s. so much of Dante work has been mis-qouted/taken out of context and spread onto other boards like chinese whispers..Stick to the info on this site. Have 1 place as the source of info...and it just so happens that Intense Muscle- The Dogg the OFFICIAL forum of DC Training.
