    Couple Questions

    How many times a week should i train a body part with dc training?

    Also do you guys think aiming for raising the weight 5lbs a week is too high, too low, or jus perfect?

    My final question, Do you think working out(bodybuilding, and strength training) would fit in with boxing?

      A. See B and C below.

      B. DC training isn't for you if you only plan on raising 5 lbs per exercise per week.
      (I personally went around at the gym I train at and hid all the 2.5 lb plates and moved the 5 lbs weights to the womens section. ) Why take baby steps or put less than 100% into it? (please see C.)

      C. Yes weight training will complement boxing quite well...just not DC training it's not complimentary to do when in engaged in another sport like training that takes a lot of your time one or the other will suffer.

        So how much do you think i should aim for, in raising my weight for different excersises.

        Also i didnt really get a answer, but id be guessing train each bodypart once a week to allow full recovery?

          The raising the weight depends, some exercises might be up to 100lbs or none depending on what exercise, what youre rep range is and how many reps you got last time.

          - for the training of bodyparts use the search function, im guessing that ifyou dont even know this part of dc training than you dont know much else about it either. ALso im Massive G made it pretty clear that you can not do DC if you are boxing as well, or atleast not the way DC training should be done.
