Dante:eleted because this is how it works ok--I show you the basic way of doing this that works absolutely the best I feel and what I think is best for you (injuries, equipment available, capabilities, goals etc)--we then go thru 2 months of tweaking and changing what we have to--(4 week weigh in with arm measurments)--you might come out with something different slightly than what you came in with because I listen to you and make changes (or dont make changes as this goes along)--my emails have gone up so rapidly because i got so many guys asking questions why this guy is doing 3 sets of quads why your only doing 2 and why that guy is doing pulldowns and that guy is doing rack pulls--- etc etc etc---you are a reflection of me ok? what you accomplish is what makes me look good...Im not going to let you fail so trust me that Im going to do my absolute best by you

I wish to god that you guys that I train would stop posting your workouts--thats part of an understood agreement I thought didnt have to be said but its becoming a royal pain in the ass for me--i really dont understand the excitement of it all posting your workouts for everyone--i dont get it, in 3 years except to explain something to someone Ive never posted any of my workouts online because the thought doesnt even enter my mind-what is the undying excitement about posting your workouts? explain it to me please, because I could care less if i leg press an ungodly amount of weight and tell you guys about it--the war is between myself and the logbook--All it does is create huge hassles for me--every single time you guys post a workout I get another trainee emailing me asking--"why are you having that guy do that and Im not?!?!"--"do you have me on your best program, I want to be doing what Silverback and Chris250 is"--"why is that guy doing the same thing as me, Im far above him" etc etc etc---Seriously guys--how bout keeping what is going on between you and I between you and I, I think half of the freaking confusion about DC training is that alot of you guys post your workouts and its something that I have you specifically doing and then everyone thinks thats the way they should do it--sorry to be pissy as hell this morning but i wake up to my email box and have 2 more of these emails this morning "why is that guy...." etc and im getting damn sick of it. I have you on the best program that has proven out thru trial and error but that is according to your injuries, your limitations, your abilities, whether you have a spotter or not, etc etc etcIG is

It would probably be better to just post the poundages you went up rather then a full workout. I'm sure these guys are paying for this info so it wouldn't be fair to post everything on the open board.Bigger, Faster, Stronger

Perhaps a TeamDoggcrapp members only forum for your trainees only would be an idea.... Personally I don't care to post my weights etc... but for those of your trainees who like to discuss what they're doing but feel unable to due to not wanting to divulge too much info to non trainee's maybe that'd be good.....Hell I dunno....I'm not worried cos i know you've got me on the A plan anyway..you know the DC workoutouts for 310+lber's....oh.....shhh....sorryMassive G
