At 6'2'', 220, not in contest shape, you are gonna be lacking in a lot of areas, just to put it bluntly.

You are heading in the right direction. Your lats seem to insert pretty low, which is very good, and will look really impressive on a tall frame. However, and it could be the pictures, but you seem to be narrow at the top (shoulder breadth). Start hammering away at widening up to get more of a taper going...trust me, as a tall guy, we can really compare well next to shorter, thicker guys if you have the width.

You know your legs need to be improved, but they seem to have good shape to them for being tall.

However, this is really hard to determine from the pics you posted. If you want more of an opinion you need to have someone take shots of you in decent lighting, entire body shots, etc.

Honestly bro, I made my best progress AFTER doing my first show.. I have a feeling had I not done that show, I would not be anywhere near where I am at now. Get to a respectable size for your height (doesn't mean you gotta be huge by any means), start dieting down and find out where you stand.

          Thanks so much for that.

My OHP numbers aren't nothing to hit home about.. only 185 for sets across. I think if i drive that up to 225 or so, and add Lat raises to my current advanced Madcow 5x5, things should take care of themselves.

Looking good. Like Fade said, I would do a show and then keep improving.

Looking very good.....I would jump in a show if I were you, just to see where you stand next to other guys. I'm 6'3, so I know all about being tall and trying to fill out. It takes some time. Just be consistent with it. Like Fade said, he feels he grew his best after his first show. Give it a shot and see if you can pack on some muscle. what you're doing so far is working brother, you're looking very good!
