    2017 Classic Physique Season w/ Skip

    Just wrapped up my contest season with a 4th place showing at Nationals. Started prepping with Skip back in April and competed in 3 shows over 7 week period from Oct 7 to Nov 18. As usual, Skip brought me in peeled.

    2017 NPC East Coast Cup, 1st in class & Overall Champion
    2017 NPC New England Championships, 1st in class
    2017 NPC National Championships, Class D 1st Place

    I think my best look was actually at the first show, and really wish I could’ve held that through Nationals but it’s tough maintaining that optimal balance of fullness and conditioning - I flattened out a bit, but regardless, it was a very successful season.

    Now time to make the necessary improvements and come back and grab that 1st place.

              Thanks! Time to improve on my weak points; need to bring up my legs, specifically quad sweep and hams, and continue to bring up my arms.

              I was planning to take a couple of years before competing again, but the fact that I wouldn't need to re-qualify for Nationals for next year and could focus solely on that is tempting me to compete at Nationals again next year.
