Just read the last two articles, very good.
Concerning the "I think I see a muscle", you reference lower back fat. The timing of that is funny. I have pretty decent abs right now. But I was sitting with my wife and I reached back and felt the fat on my lower back. I said to her, I'm getting fat. It does seem to be more than normal considering my abs, so at 46, very interesting observation.
The "4 weeks" article was interesting as well. Being ok with having smaller muscles, if that is what it takes to have the thinner midsection. I've been mulling over in my mind the exact same thing the last week or two. It's like looking great in clothes, but with our bb standards, not looking so great in just underwear.
So, thanks for the same observations and for the motivation to start tightening up a bit. I find myself on the opposite end of the average person that wants to look great in the summer and they fluff up a bit in the winter. I work a very physically demanding job in the summer and it's very hot and humid where I live, so being in a diet mode I found to be just miserable and won't do that anymore.
Thanks for keeping us posted and your honesty, glad things are going well!
