Yes that’s right. Backed by the (really) big man himself Dante, we’ve put together a professional training/instructional DVD that is not only extremely informative but is also motivational. We think it will blow you away. Franco Dattilo (2006 NPC Mr. Indiana) and I will be performing all the training segments with no-holds barred. The main focus of the video will be the 2-way DC split, which is most appropriate for 90% of trainees.
Also included in the video will be:
- An Alternative Exercises section for each bodypart that will include some brand-new never seen exercises from Dante.
- A segment on DC style nutrition
- An outtakes section for some lighter entertainment
