    Salmon

    6 oz. can of salmon
    1 crusty end whole wheat bread, crumbled
    1/4 lemon juice or 2 Tbs. Paul Newman's Original
    1 Tbs. Italian seasonings
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbs. olive oil

    Sauté bread crumbs in oiled non stick frying pan till crispy. Add salmon, lemon and seasonings. Cook till more crispy. This healthy nutritious low fat main dish is simple and ready in 5 min.
