    My weels 6 days before the nationals in belgium.
    Need only to cut some water on fryday, shaving and tan.

          Hi Skip,
          I will, in relation how I look on friday I going to cut all sugars and salt out. Saturday after midday and sunday I eat no protein because they are not needed and you cant loos muscle in 1, 5 days. I replace the number of calories from the proteins with fats without salt. 2 hours before the stage I drink a little bit water with salt and some red wine!

              2e place among 13 atletes, a 5 - 7 loose against former MrUniverse... Not bad for a comeback after 10 years out and only 1 year serious training and 2 - 3 trainings/week!

                    Congrats, can someone possibly explain to me the placing as I'm sure it's a language thing? I'm guessing 2nd place?

                      2e = 2nd! Thanks, I know now, if I tune my diet up to a higher level in combination wit
                      DC I will be back wit more mass! This was a year of expirimenting with training and
                      first try on high fat diet in contest preparation.
                      Next 10 mounths I going to build up and give DC a serious try. Sugestions and help
                      on training, diet, are always welkom. I Will update often.
