  • If you swap Butter for apple butter you can bake a lot of lower fat alternatives

    The exchange rate is 1:1

    You can also replace 1/3 of any flour with whey protein powder if need be and still not make it as rubbery

        • Low fat muffins
          Dry ingredients
          260 g flour
          Pinch salt
          100 g sugar brown
          80g sugar white
          1 tsp baking powder
          .5 tsp baking soda

          Wet ingredients
          200 g greek yogurt
          50 g almond milk
          1 egg
          2 tbl oil
          1 tbl Vanilla

          Combine dry with wet.

          Add Blueberries

          Cooks at 400 for 20mins
          Top with
          100g granola
          50g honey

          Cook for 10 more minutes.
