6/29 ME Bench <not a good day>
had a funny stomach bug this afternoon...and almost called off working out..
1. Pin Presses <4" off the chest> 135x5 185x5 225x3 275x2 315x1 335x1 365x1 385x1 405x1 <started feel very woosy and light headed, feverish ..and my stomach started perkulating ! I knew something bad was about to happen~> 420xM 275x10x2 called it a day...had to get out of there before I soiled myself !
