Shit-- this pic was back in the day when MLO was about the only protien powder there was, Milk protien. Didnt mix for shit and tasted the same way. Things have realy changed, you younger guys just dont know! There wasnt even nutrasweet . You ate stuff with NO sweetener at all..... God and almost everybody posed to either Rocky or Space Odessy 2001...

I also remember when Metrx came out...ya had to mix the 2 bags together...one was the base and the other was something else...substrate or somethin???

that was my first year of gear... Back then I was using 200mg deca/week and
15mg anavar/day, on a bulk cycle I used dbol intead of anavar... Oh my! have I changed my ways....

Gear wasnt used in the 2-3 gram zone then...... a few hundred mg/ week was the norm. Powerlifting is were I learned the high dose mentality....

Back in the day, I made great gains on 250-500mg of Duratestin, 25mg Dbol/day 150mg Parabolon/week.
