6/21 Heavy Squat
1. Full Squat , just belt and wraps..
135/225/315/375/405x3 , 455/ 495/ 515 /535/555/ 575 x 1 , 405x5 <used new metal knee wraps ! love em > 2. Pull Thru's - 3 x 10 3. Seated Leg Curls - 5 sets of 6 4. Ez Bar Curls - 5 x 5 , dropped the weight by 30 % and did a pump set of 10 reps 5. DB Hammers - 5 sets of 8 6. Rev Cable Side Bends - 3 x 10
