Thanks for the welcome....I am not a competitive powerlifter either at this time...and have focused more recently on Strongman and Highland Game compitions...
I have made some modifications to the Westside training principles to accomodate a few my unique needs.. 1. Build raw strength 2. Natural training 3. Adding some shapely muscles 4. Recent chronic medical issues <poor recovery> 5. I'm an old fart...and quiet frankly, I'd like to hear more from and about lifters over 40. I would like to start posting some modifications that I made...toss out a few ideas..and get some feed back... Look for posts coming soon...
