Extreme Stretches (courtesy of the Inhuman one)

Special thanks to IH for doing these. And thanks to the photographer for getting IH while he was in a passive mode (Later on during this session he threw two bodybuilding.com 172lb overanalyzers out the 3rd story window of his gym after they were grandstanding about holding the peak contraction on 10lb dumbell kickbacks using the mind/muscle/pinky/ringfinger peak contraction principle)

Chest stretch (emphasis on dropping elbows with chest/sternum held high)

shoulder stretch--step forward until you feel it really pull (some people can go out on their heels even) and then roll your shoulders forward and down as much as you can (like in the bottom of a shrug)
