Great thread guys, thank you.

With a bit of textured orange paint, IH could pass for Ben Grimm (The Thing) from the Fantastic Four. Wouldn't even need a body suit or special effects.

Damn he's a big lad!

Thanx for the pics, for the alternative shoulder-tricep stretch, do we workout both shoulders and triceps and then perform that stretch?

Stretch the area after completing that particular muscle group.

You can do them either way, all at once after chest/shoulder/tri or as Future said after that exercise is completed...

If your an overanalyzer from BB.com its during this stretch that you want to enter the gym if possible, as IH is forced to look downward during it and his "Search and Destroy 163lbs slinky top wearing wannabee's" mode will be disabled during this stretch. (I cant promise anything when he is done the stretch though as all hell could break loose and you might be hoggtied with Inzer kneewraps and tossed 30-50feet into a nearby dumpster)

Bicep stretch

The shoulder stretch is the one stretch I havent nailed yet but that pic helped alot. When I do it though I get a sharp pain in my left hand like Im pinching a nerve or something, especially when I roll my shoulders down. Anybody else get this?

I get some wrist pain as well, so I use lifting straps when I stretch.

Now to continue, this right here is a bodybuilding.com overanalyzers dream as it puts Inhuman in a very vulnerable position where he could maybe be caught off guard. Last year during this stretch 3 overanalyzers saw a distinct opening and tried to attack Inhuman during this stretch, but the man has cat like reflexes, and reacted!!! While the ambulance personel was picking up the carnage, Inhuman went back to his quad stretch which is shown in the next 3 pics.
