Just curious how people out there are figuring out the weight they are using for the stretching. If you were DB Pressing 100lbs would you be doing the chest stretch with 50lbs? Possibly the same weight as the press?
At what point are you deciding to add more weight to some of the stetches? I do my first DC workout tonight and I can't wait. Michael |
