You have no idea how inspring each and every pic you post is....I was in the same boat of dropping too far down into a fly rather then keeping the elbows bent and let all the tension go on to the chest..

Thumbs up

Much appreciation for the pictures fellas. I haven't started the extreme stretching yet because I am still gauging my recovery rates on a m/t/tr/f split, but when I do these will certainly help alot. Thanks to both Dante and Inhuman for this thread

I consider myself to have pretty good genetics, ive been as high as 270 at an age of 21 comming from 175 when i started lifting weights. ---m/t/th/f split had me as close as i possibly could come to over training. IH told me that it would do that. Seriously i always felt like i could catch a cold at any second if i did not feed my self with large food portions.

---The moral of the story is good luck with that but i found once my weight got to a certain point 3 days a week was as much as i could handle

hmmm. well can only speak for myself then. My one experience where i came to that idea was one day i forgot to stretch my quads and by the time legs came up again I was still sore where before when I stretched i would always be ready to go by the next time around.

DC:Tephlon im putting your post back because I agree with it

Well the only reason I am doing this split is because at this point the weights I am using arnt heavy enough to require that long a rest period and If it seems like I need to take a day off or push a leg /bi workout back a day then I do that. When I start pushing any serious weight I definately plan to switch to something more manageable

Christ, if I did the tricep stretch like that, my shoulder would dislocate in a second. Sucks to be me.

Great pics.
