I haven't come up across a picture, but that's mainly because I never looked for it (so I dunno if there is one or not). I did read an explanation though. Its simple. Grab a bar like you're about to do bb curls, put your elbows on your knees, let the bar roll to the tip of your fingers and try to keep it there. The feeling is okay for the first 30 seconds or so, after that, it feels like your fingers will snap in half. Stretches the crap out of the forearms.
It's good, but I personally don't do them anymore. I am half way through warming up the calves instead. Personal choice if you want to or not.
