anabolexx you now have the power to view pictures lol. Check post 416 if you are having trouble finding them in this thread(they are there everyone, I promise haha).

I just found this website and training method today. I've been looking for something new, as I am one of those unfortunates who bought into the philosophy of 5-day split training, and haven't loved the gains. I'm curious about the "extreme stretching" but am unable to view the images in this thread. Any suggestions?

Great thread, though half the posts need to be deleted.
Can't MOD edit the first post so that the link to the slideshow is included, so people stop asking why they can't see the image??
Finally, is there a way to view the pictures separately as opposed to the slideshow? It's really slow to begin with, and if I want to watch something at the end ... (you know the rest).

That would take away all the fun. Guys that want it bad enough will figure it out, those that don't probably are too lazy to do the other research.
