Fantastic photos!

question
Since these stretches are geared towards mass, is there a reason why some of them utilize weights (back, chest, tri's) and others seem more geared towards flexibility due to a lack of weight? I have been doing the hamstring stretch for years to improve my flexibility as an example. thanks

If you ever tried light weight. Tried 30lbs for tricep stretch. Wouldn't work had to add enough way to make it extreme stretch hence the name lol... For hamstring you can widen your grip and add plates if you wanted to some 10s or 25lb plate each side and do hamstring stretch. You can gear the stretches quad/ham with weight. Sissy squat plus 25lb on chest. But don't see a point really..... Maybe Egill will enlighten you.
