Im not amazing in the least. I have some bodybuilders who I have trained that have gone no-where because to be blunt I can show people an outline but I cannot instill fortitude, determination, and stubborness to get the job done (some people just dont have those qualities). Ive had many bodybuilders who skip cardio, or skip meals and wonder why its not happening for them (hey if you do only 1/3 of what I tell you to (training) then dont be surprised when you come out 1/3 of the bodybuilder you could be)

As for Dave--he hates when I put this pic up of him but I just do it to show everyone how far this guy has come and how hardcore this guy has pushed the weights and the food. I believe this is his first contest nationally, I think it was the USA. I believe he was weighing in the 150's here soaking wet. He then went on to win the middleweights a couple years after this and also place high in the Ironman (all by himself-homonuncleus on this site adds his input with Dave also). I took his head off in the pic so he doesnt get pissed at me--LOL

Fast forward 5 years later and Dave is now winning Olympia Wildcard shows, came into his last show at 204lbs I believe and he was a nick under 230lbs last offseason. Lets make this clear DAVE made DAVE....he and all these people just decided to take on some of my opinions how to get there on their journey.

Is Tom on the first page from/in Nashville, TN by chance? He looks awefully familiar. Similar to a guy who trains in my gym.

Sorry, first time poster here. Will from Nashville. Heard about this Doggcrap stuff and had to stop by and check it out. I've been training with natural bodybuilding aspirations for nearly 11 years and have been looking to change my old bodyparts once per week split recently.

I'm damn impressed by some of these pics and with the workouts from what I've read so far. I look forward to posting more and hopeful helping in the future.

I've known Ralph from my gym, place got closed... do You have his email or know where he trains at? or how he did at nationals? When he was tellin me about the nationals he was at his cuttin phase THAT GUY IS A MONSTER!!!!!!!!!!

I have his email but I obviously cant give it out without his permission. Ralph was looking like a battleship destroyer before the nats (He was at 282 with abs offseason and trop was dieting him down for the nats)--then he hurt his back badly and got knocked on his ass with strep throat and had to pull out. I believe he was 262lbs when he had to pull out. I truly believe and Ive told him this many times, that if we can make a run without an interuption that he will take the Nationals.

R U FUCKIN SERIOUS DC??!! i was talking to him in the locker room.... it was like september 05'... he was explaining to me the aspects of DC and dieting... his SHOULDERS were fuckin HUMONGOUS!! like WOW... nvm...

nah not gladiator's... he used to come to Dolphin for his leg days...

Really proud of my boy Thomas here. He is early 20's, about 5'10" and comes from a very ectomorphic background. I trained him for a long while, and then handed him over to Trop as he wanted to experience dieting down to contest condition (and he did very well)(I refer both Trop+Skip with this aspect). He then contacted me again to get him up to a new level in size and this is where we are at currently. He is 230lbs here and the end goal is he wants 260lbs in the long run. Considering this was a guy fighting up thru 150, 160, 170, 180 LBS and such just a short time ago, he has made amazing progress and is just going to keep getting bigger.

5'10 @ 230 is where i want to be and i am about 30lbs short of that (as of my last weigh in 6 weeks ago)

If you dont mind me asking what age is he?

How long has he worked with you?

At what weight did you start with him?

30lbs in 1 1\2 years is ridiculous.

I come from an ectomorphic family as well at 5'10 end of last blast i was 200lbs, so i am going to be fighting for every lb. I am battling an injury now, but made the proper adjustment to my blast to make it all work.

Man looking at how well this guy turned out I am even more motivated to just keep moving that fork .
