Ok whoa.. the skinny wrist dude just gave me SO much hope.. my frame is weird, Im actually rather thick boned everywhere except for my forearms/wrists. At 5ft 11 i have a 35" waist @ 10% bf.. forget how thin my wrists are, but they are pitiful in proportion to the rest of my body...

You have the same problem as me Ramen, except for me i have a very wide back which dworfs the size of my arms especially in the forearms. But seeing these guys go from couch potato looking homeostasis bodied regular guys to potato crushing monsters is a huge motivation, someday those forearms will come, thats what i keep telling myself.

gotta say dante and skip are the real deal- I am the fat guy who skip got ripped- skip got me to my 1st ligthheavy victory both novice and open men.
dante took me up to 260lbs at 5'7 1/2 was able to still see my top abs- was stronger then I have ever been and I have tried many training style and many trainers- before my wifes illness- I was rest pauseing 420 on the incline bench (regular not smith) etc. Was eating food that i enjoyed....

Well after a long time being off- tore quad last year - wife kindey illness, layed off job, moved to North Carolina, off work for 3 months, depressed as hell..

Got new job in March, was stuck in training from April to June- no weightliftng in over 1 1/2 started in June- at a huge bodyweight of 200lbs waist of 47 inches was fat and depressed started getting back into training at my apartment gym ( was to imbarressed to go to a real gym) with Dantes help I am up to 238 leaner and starting back at a new gym this week. With a goal of competing again next year.

Dante I am back for good- wife is healthy, both are employed and my desire is high...

Hey Skip, Wife is doing great... she has had 4 re-checks and her kidney is perfect. She just started working last week (pharmaceutical job) she spent a week in training and will go back for another 3 weeks end of month. She feels great first time working in 10 months, so finally we will be back above water for finances.

She wants me to compete in April and is behind me 110% She is actually starting to workout again- the time off hurt us both-

Thanks for asking bro- looking forward to working with you again this year- I couldnt do it without you and Dante

I'll have to mark my calendar for those. I went to college in Boone so it would nice to go back there anyway. The Carolina is in High Point I believe so that's not too far from here.

Training is going good. Hopefully I'm nearing the end of my leaning up process, 4 years behind a desk and away from training took it's toll on me.

JASON WOJCIECHOWSKI--2005 Jr USA lightheavyweight champion. You guys have seen Jason previously on Mayhem and here. But he took it up to a whole new level-Jason came in shredded--just absolutely shredded here with the help of Kevin Dehaven for his prep. I work with Jason in the offseason to help him put on size.....he has a great physique but Ill be the first to admit its been very hard to put weight on Jason. His appetite isnt the greatest but if we could clear that big hurdle, huge goals would be met and I would love to see him up in the heavyweights as he has a great future in this sport.
