I'm about 3 years too late, but the Dave Henry results were/are great and Leon looks like an animal.

Haha, I agree with both of those statements.

Can't wait till I get up to about 400, and yes, I said 400. I want to be as wide as I am tall :-D.

Big Franco (if Franco isnt the most well liked guy on the boards, I have no idea who has that honor) because everywhere I go and everyone I talk to in bodybuilding love Franco. Trust me in this egotistical sport that is all about me me me me ...... to never EVER EVER EVER hear one person say something bad about someone is an accomplishment in itself.

Im thinking about badmouthing him myself just because his reputation is too good--LOLOLOL

There is a high pain threshold in bodybuilders and then there is "can take an insane amount of pain"=Franco

His knees (from MRI's and specialists opinion) are in laymans terms SHOT. His knee's were killing him the whole time he was training the last few years and I felt for him....because i could see it in his emails that he was gritting his teeth and bearing it. We had to do some weird things just so he was able to train his quads (alot of high rep work) and they were still hurting him like crazy so i give Franco huge respect....because he just put his head down and did his best.

First picture is Franco pre DC--- he competed at 225lbs

Second picture is post DC---at roughly 240lbs a week before he got sick.

Franco wanted to put alot of size on his arms and his back and he sure did that with spades.

Franco's story is somewhat bittersweet/sour to me because I feel he has the potential to do big things in this sport yet his knee's and some health issues with extremely bad timing kept him from fullfilling that potential. Yet in the big picture, Franco has a new wife, a new job, and just bought a new home and still is a big MF with Zoolanderish good looks....LOL.....and that supersedes anything in spades!

Now i have to somehow figure out how to tarnish Franco's gleaming reputation because screw it....noone can be that well liked

1) sent some baby kittens afloat on a raft in the Pacific ocean?

2) Once stole 50 boxes of Mystic Mint cookies from Girl Scouts in front of a grocery store and then sold them for a 400% profit?

3) PMed Massive G at musclemayhem with "I'll burn this MF'ing site to the ground and take you all down with it!!!!" and then posted a "MuscleMayhem appreciation" thread 27 seconds later?

I'll think of something....give me about a week

This whole forum is full of a ton of great guys who will help anyone, regardless of their experience level. I pm'd back and forth and talked to Franco on the phone a few times, and guess what, I am a nobody in this sport. I am just a college kid who wants to get huge and Franco was nice enough to set aside a few minutes every couple of weeks to help me out. Ben is another dude who hooks me up with info time after time.

Guys like Franco and Ben are very rare in not just bodybuilding, but in life.

Great thread!!!

I'm pretty new there. Made my account 1 year ago but I haven't been activ.

I tried the DC training and really liked it. With my limited time to workout the 3-4 days a week is perfect.

Right now I'm trying to make a workout program and looking at thies pics makes me just wanting to run down to the gym.

About to start this program. I'm getting myself pumped for it. I'm a very logical, rational person and done alot of research. This program makes the most sense for me. DC training cuts through all the BULLSHIT!

You sound as if he's out of the game, did something happen to him other than his bad knees?
