dante i wanted to know if two working sets could be used instead of a rest pause set. one heavy set of 6-8 reps, followed by another lighter set of 10-12 reps. would you recommend a straight set instead of these two working sets? i have been using two sets and have been able to recover but i want to know if you think this would be overtraining. i am on the mwf split. thanks

Hey bigguy66, why don't you make a thread with your question over in the puppy pound? I was told that's roughly how the template would be done with straight sets but you'll get more and better opinions if you make your own thread. Welcome to the Dogg Pound and IM.

Posted about a page back by Dante-

The pictures only go back to 9/8/2005 there were a slew of pictures posted before that in 2005 and 2004 but you guys are late and missed those

You can see alot of the pictures if you hit

1) search
2) advanced search
3) put in doggcrapp to the right and below that change the box to posts started by doggcrapp
4) make sure it only searches the dogg pound in the big box

then look for every post that has a paperclip on it

you can also go over to musclemayhem.com in the forums over there and do almost the same thing in the advanced search, but search all the forums instead over there and i would search clicking the box that says in ascending order.....again they took down all photo's halfway thru 2005 so its your fault that you once again didnt show up on time. Once again you missed the boat and all these guys in this forum have been around, and back, and circled the block 55 times before you....you should be ashamed of yourself and hang your head in shame because you are the prototypical IntenseMuscle newbie.....now please go get drinks and refreshments for the longtime I.M. members and here is a broom....get sweeping

This is again one of my best friends in real life Leon and his wife........Leon is stationed over in New Zealand currently (staff sargeant marines)....he is also on page 11 of this thread and you can see how much bigger he has gotten in the last year and a half. Leon could easily hold 300lbs if we could take the governor off of him but with all the running in the military its impossible.

Im very proud of Leon because he took a 182lb beanpole physique and turned it into 265lbs and I could do it to any one of you guys reading this too....but you guys dont listen to me (LOL)

Damn he had made some serious gains since the last pics. I dont know if i would like him being my staff sargeant or not.... kind of intimidating/HUGE..... on the other hand would appreciate what i do. Great work Leon and Dante! New Zealand looks like a beautiful place to, i wish i could get orders over there.

If you sleep on the plane its not that bad. The 14hrs locked in an air-conditioned tube from Sydney to LA is what hurts!!
