Do you have any pictures of those you've trained who have started out small(er) and gotten some nice mass gains?

For ex: "Here's Joe at 180lbs 2 years ago, now here he is at 220lbs," etc.
In their first year of training, what would be a fair estimate as to how much lean mass you pack on "genetically damned" clients? (LOL)

The problem with what your asking cobain is that when does anyone like to take pics of when they look small or like crap? (not many)

Yeah, I know what you mean. I for one hate taking (much less saving) photographs of myself when I am not looking too hot.

It would be a pretty good inspiration to see such a transformation though; More of a triumph on behalf of the individual.

Even just progress numbers or stats of someone as such would be great to see how far they've come (without pics of a small weakling, lol)

I have pics of me when I was around 145 right before I started DC training and have taken pics since then on a regular basis. I'm about 190 now.

No more welterweights for Joey M.---we got him up at 190lbs now at 5'4"....I would like him at 205 lbs and he knows this, so we just got to push it just a little more to be a dominating National middleweight to be reckoned with.
I know Joey can dominate the middleweights, Joey's freinds know he can dominate the middleweights, its just a matter of convincing Joey that he can dominate the middleweights.

Look at the thickness on this guy at 5'4" and thats a hard 190lbs!

I need 15lbs more Joey, thats all Im asking. Whenever you guys see Joey on professional muscle or on this site I want you posting "eat JOEY EAT!!!" after he posts so he always has it in the back of his head.

dante did you train mike newhook personally or over the internet, im from st.johns were he's from, i seen him training that way a long time ago and i asked him what he was doing so he wrote out his program, i thought he was nutty but he was big as hell.

How bout a change of pace--Here is beautiful Jules, who I have been helping out over the last 3 years or so. Jules has trained like a NPC figure contestant, as an bodybuilding/fitness expo model and now as a triathlete. She actually placed FIRST in her first ever triathlon last week! She is EXTREMELY accomplished in both educational (multiple degrees) and athletic endeavors as seen above. A gentleman never tells a womans age but none of you would believe it if I told you.
I think I work hard and burn both ends of the candle but she truly dwarfs me as far as getting 36 hours out of a 24 hour day. Very inspirational
