I've already made it through the worst part. There are barriers like this past month...I have been sick on and off and diet has been horrible (not enough protein, not enough food) and I have probably missed 2 whole weeks of training and the rest has been sporadic. It is hard to accept sometimes but I just give my body the time it needs and hope for the best. I plan on making some good changes in 2005! Thanks everyone for the support.
