Is this normal
I've hit a plateau in my weight loss.
I have been bouncing between 205-208 for the past 1-1/2 weeks. However, since I started my posing practice, it seems that, even though my weight is the same, my body seems to be getting tighter and I look better. I am still doing 1.5-2 hours of cardio per day, and sticking to my diet real well cutting out any starchy carbs after 3pm. Lots of meat, pinto & black beans, green beans, steamed carrots-brocolli-cauliflower mix, egg whites/whey protein/and oats for breakfast, and a light blended shake before bed. I know some of the beans are high in sodium, and I am retaining water, but I still seem to be looking just a little better each day. I am a little over 3 weeks out now and was expecting to be down closer to 200lbs. BTW, this damn posing is freakin hard work.

Verify your impression with comparison photos. If you do like tighter in the photos, I'd think that is a very good thing. It would indicate fat loss and lean mass gains. The other thing is to check your measurements. Has your waist gotten smaller?

Very commonplace, especially if you've changed your super supplements or if they're really just starting to kick in...

Personally, I do better so close out, when I just go by the mirror rather than the scale.
