Creatine through the contest??

Do you guys prefer to run creatine all the way through the show, or do you drop it a certain point before and why?
I am using Storm by Universal and will be using Clout by MAN, as well as plain monohydrate.

Obesity related illness will account for more than 1/2 of all health care costs in the next few years.
So why is the damn government waging war on the FITNESS Industry??

Moved this here from the roundtable sectio where I got no responses.
Anybody have any input on this one?

My thoughts are to run it all the way through unless there is a real problem with subcutaneous water retention.

sniffy54 is an unknown quantity at this point
blue-

from my experiences it didn't work well with me--i cut it out. maybe like 3-4 weeks out or so. but for some it might be a good idea to keep in.

its one of of those things you got to try and note the effects.

I have heard too many people say it makes the hold water to warrant keeping it in. (I have noticed no difference, really.) It may help w/ your carb up, but it does run the risk of pulling water into the interstitium osmotically if it is absorbed in the gut, but not taken up (muscle is full) or cleared by the kidneys (matter of time, plus other things perturbing renal metabolism).

Depending on carb-up timing, it can help with the carb load, but I'd try to cut it out a couple days before, just to be safe. (Unless, of course, you know it makes no diff. for you...)

Thanks guys
Since I am not going to be as lean as I'd like to be, I'll opt to drop it just in case.
I surely won't need to be holding any extra water in my waist fat cells.
I'll keep the potassium up through the show and hope that helps to hold water in the muscle and not under the skin.
