Lookin thick as hell brotha! Can't tell a whole lot from the pic but it seems like you've got some good development in your chest and arms. Delts look like they need work.

I have been hammering away at those for the past few months. I have seen some very promising improvement as others have commented on that before. Always good to get feedback. I should be taking updated pics within the month.

Looks like delts and legs should be your highest priority. Quads show some development but your calves are lacking big time. Try hitting them twice a week from all angles, toes in, out, straight....standing, seated, leg press....follow that for 6 months and I bet you'll make em grow. (I had the same problem.)

Looks like you've worked your chest a lot. No disrespect intended here, but I'm a big believer in squats....SQAUT, SQAUT, SQAUT, not everyday, but once a week ~ make yourself BIG LIKE BULL! :p
Seriously, it's the king of all exercises and if you utilize that exercise, you're bound to grow in all areas.

I'd like to know your training schedule, it appears that you're not hitting your body parts in a scientific approach ~ IMHO of course.

I train 5 days a week cat. I am currently on
day 1-arms
day 2-legs
day 3-chest
day 4-back
day 5-shoulders

seems to be working fairly well. I am looking into buying a digital camera so hopefully I will have some new pics up soon.
BTW I had my BF measured Tuesday morning (first time in a while lol) and it was the lowest ever. I am 231 at 10.3%

Okay, see, I'm not a big believer in hitting five days in a row...your body needs a rest in between. ~ I don't know how long you've been training or what your food program is like ~

I truly have no motive to get any upset, but I don't think you're at 10.3 I've been training for years and have a great eye. That being said, I wish someone would see this and correct me if I'm wrong about your training schedule as well as your b/f.....the reason being, is that I would like everyone that puts out so much energy into building a good body, to get the benefits they deserve from doing so.

Hope you can see I mean no harm by my comments.

No foul, no harm. Those pics are from November 03. I do not drain 5 days straight. I have two floating days to compensate for OT, family functions or what ever. my diet has become very clean. You if anything, not upsetting me, have given me more reason to get a digital camera.

saks ~ it's easy to miscommunicate on the Net...so I try to be careful as to how I type things LOL ~ anyway, as of November, I'm sure you've taken off some b/f...that's probably why I see more than 10.3 here LOL...that being said, it's great that you're so motivated. I look forward to seeing your new pics
