5'6, weighed in right at 176 1/4lbs...lol. after loading I was 7 lbs heavier. Thanks man!

I was privy to some of TH's posts on diet and contest prep and they were pretty descriptive of what he went through (the tortue of dieting) and cardio.
I miss it but then again I don't.

Dude you need to relax lol , i said it doesnt show much cause its a lousy blurred picture and far away , personally i think the quality of it sucks . as far as your physique well theres no way to tell whats really going on there.

Vander, as someone that is so well balanced, packed on with as much muscle as a human can image, peeled down to sinew and vasularity. You need to realize those of us that are so much less worthy of such honors, in deed do try to achieve our best. OUR best.

I will bet yoou that NOBODY wants to be negatively critiquet for the fun of it.
Most of these guys poor their hart and souls into there prep, even if its a little local show with now sponsorships coming from a overall win.

Ive been involved in many members conversations on how they feel you are acutely arrogant and suffer from a fully swollen head of vast proportions to the point of creating large variances in the lunar tides. They are defensive towards you becuase the find you offensive to them.

Cut a guy a break when he is trying to improve himself. Would you want to be truthfully critiquet by the members of this board?

Just say the word and post your best pics and it will be done.

The young impressionable and unknowing will follow and admire anyone. What kind of a posse is that when your a big bad gunslinger????

You look good man. Regardless of the pic quality etc you can clearly see you have some size on ya. Some people (who's reputation does proceed them) will always be critical so don't even sweat it.
