Appetite suppressant ideas

What do you guys use to suppress your appetite as you close in on the last 6 weeks or so of a show?
I have started resorting to ephedrine HCL and a grean tea cap, but since I have elevated BP, I don't really like that option.

Lots of water. Fiber.

Walk around the block.

Screw around online. ;^)

I also use a ketogenic diet for shows, which lowers my appetite (most of the time). I don't feel stupendous, but just not like eating. ;^)

not reccomending you take up smoking but its been shown to supress the appetite.

Along with an EC stack, bland food will do it too! Trust me eat the same shit day in day out you'll lose your appetite.

Also some artficial sweetners like aspartane can cause you to crave sweets/carbs.

I would just find a picture of your competition. I know its lame, but hell, it works for me when I have to go against anything. I mean, draw a word balloon with the dude calling you fat and bloated or something.

Sorry, not a big help I know, but I always seem to do better when I pretend the world is against me. Then again, I don't compete in bodybuilding shows either, but Rocky did it for his fights in the movies!

Avoiding spices and flavoring will help curb the desire to eat more as well. The olfactory glands are stimulated by food that smells good, and increases the apetite. Eating bland foods would be adviseable.

Meridia, surpresses that appetite pretty good, but your body builds up a tolerence to it rather quickly, so if you do use it, you should save it for when you really need it

Chocamine has some appetite suppressant benefits to it.

Last year I used Citrimax a product from NOW nutrition which active ingredient was HCA and at a pretty high dose of that really supressed the appetite.
