heres a pic of me and my girl training at Golds Gym in Panama City Beach. she's was about 16 weeks out form the Southern USA in this pic and is about 12 weeks out now.

Skip, you're right on about her legs. thats exactly what the judges told me about her last year. its even more evident form the front. so this year we cut out all the power movements for legs, with the exception of some light leg press, to just bring a more shaply look to them. and we really pounded her upper body to bring it up to mach her lower. she started her diet this year about 5 lbs. heavier than she did last at what appears to be the same bf%. and it looks to be mostly in her upper body so we'll see how things transpire over the next few weeks. she's 10 weeks out now and starting to really tight'n up.

you're also right about the heels. im really 3in. lol
