summer cutting
ive heard somewhere that it takes about 14 weeks to do a good cut program with maximum fat loss and no muscle or strength loss. im wondering if this is somewhat true?? the reason im asking is because im planning on doing a show or just plain getting ripped when im done bulking which im doing right now. i would like my cut to be done in june.so that means i have to start my new diet program in february right??? if not please tell me when i should start. i also need to know exact details on how i go about cutting effectivly for this. do you guys know what im talking about??? basically i would like to know this:
1. how many weeks to do a good cut with no muscle loss or strength. 2. when should i start this program so i will be totally ripped by june?? 3. where can i look(links) to find out how many exact calories etc i need to cut and when to rotate etc etc etc?? 4. what can i do to maintain my weight once im done cutting. 5. what training program should i use during th e cut?? and how much cardio?? 6. i think you guys know what i want by now!! can you guys please help me with this??its very important that i get all this down by the time i want to start cutting. ive cut other years but i havent done them as effectively as i would like. thank you guys very much |

agree with "creator 11 "
how many weeks to do a good cut with no muscle loss or strength. well this questionj........is asked wrong bnecause you can lose a bunch of muscle in 2 weeks with the wrong diet/training but i know what you're trying to ask here so i would start with about 12 weeks of controlled diet / training but can't really tell ya because there are no stats given byu you |

Dude Im not sure how you can determine the " best length" of a "cutter"
If you need to lose 5% bodyfat, it willprobably require less time than if you needed to lose 10%BF.... There is no BEST, its relative to the individual and his condition. count on somewhere around 2lbs a week if your doing things right. Thats about 7000cals in the hole per week. or 1000cal per day. Can you see how it would be hard to lose much more per week?

set a goal
well if you're at 17 % as for now so set a goal for like 10 % .
make sure that you have a good diet and trainings programm . do your cardio get lots of rest find your maintenence calories (which should include working + everythibng you're doing ) on top of that add the amount of calories that you are burning during workout so now you now how many calories you would need just to maintain muscle and of course with a clean diet also not gain por lose any fat now you have to see how many lbs you want to lose in 1 week 1lb of fat is about 3500 cal t that means you would need to createw a calorie de4ficit of 500 cal per day well and you can double that if you want to lose 2 lbs still keep messuring youir stats every 2 weeks and also go by how you feel and look feel and look is what i personally go by and good luck to you |
