I recently bought some Hyrdolyzed Whey High Grade for my post-workout shake, and when it came, I just couldn't wait. I opened up the bottle and pinched some out and just tried it dry. Let me tell you, this stuff is supposed to be bitter, but with the BSL Green Apple flavor, it tasted great just dry! Seeing this, I tried my regular whey isolate (chocolate), and to my surprise, it also tasted great.

I just had them both in liquid form the other day, and let me tell you, that Hydrolyzed stuff can be for anyone. Don't let the bitter warning scare you off, it tastes like water with a hint of apple. IMO, it is WELL worth purchasing (if you have the scratch) for the benefits, especially if it has no ill taste.

Just a small, simple-minded review of a couple proteins.
