Recommendation for Post Mix

I want to customize a post-workout blend with the carbs. Im thinking whey isolate ion exchange, glutamine, BCAAs but which carbs should I add and in what amount? I think its best to stay away from fructose....??

it says on their website that inulin is coming soon. I would like to add a portion of that to get a sustaid release of carbs after workout. Any ideas when it is coming in guys? Also, is there anyway to get a cake batter flavor...I'm just shooting here ,but that would be awesome.

I use a 50/50 mix of cold filtered iso and carbs.
You don't NEED a SUSTAINED release of carbs, you WANT the insulin spike to shuttle the aminos into the muscle
You should be eating 1 hour after this shake anyway.
