sorry lj-I don't have any more recent pics. been in the dumps the past month. sick on and off with all the viruses going around. presently I am sick as a dog and haven't seen the gym for over a week. lost a lot of water though since the last pics and diet has been cleaner. down from 142 to 133. muscle seems to be holding, although I may have lost a smidge.

sorry to hear that. Hope you feel better soon. Alot of people around me have been sick lately. So far I have been able to hold it off. Take it easy let us see your progress when you are ready. I just entered an online contest and will post my before and after pics when the contest is done. My training log can be found over at Ironaddicts board.
