Holy crap ...I need to stop bulking!

Guys, I think that I am screwed.I friggin broke the 300lb mark this week, this was not the origonal plan.Having competed at about 90lbs lighter earlier this year, it is going to take some serious focus to get down there again ...Skip are you out there !?!

Oh well, it has been fun blasting the protein and carbs with abandon.For an old dude it has been cool watching the kids gawk, when you move some serious poundage.The IGF and GH combo has worked very well.I have stuck to the cycle I had planned in a prior post.My bf is way higher than in years, and am not going to even bother breaking out the calipers.Hopefully though ,I can retain some of the additional size in my delts and quads despite what is going to be a challenging diet.

So I guess I have one hell of a New Years resolution ...drop about 75lbs in 6 months.Jeez, why do we live for this crazy stuff ?

Bro's, all the best for Christmas and here is to hoping that all those dreams come true in the New Year.

Well it is several months since this post, and things have unfortunately not really worked out.Got my weight down to the high 250lb range, but I will not be ready to compete this year.

Things got hectic at home as they always do with comp prep.Mama, ran off with the drummer in a rock band, leaving me with the two boys.So the focus has just not been there.I will use this time to provide my little guys with the security they need, and put on some good solid mass.

Thanks for all of your advice and support in the past...I will be back.

To all the bro's competing this year, good luck and hang tough.
