LMAO!! Scared Ya huh!!! Just kidding! What's up everybody?? Not new to dc training, but new here at Intense. Was at MM, for awhile. I started lifting again, and went back there, and there was hardly anyone there. Just starting back into it after a layoff since June, and did a three week break- in period, so I'm ready for rest pausing again.....'bout damn time!
Hope to be bullshitting with some of you guys . I took the time to go over all 60 some pages before I posted, so sorry if I seemedl like a "lurker" ! LOL . Well, my Visa came in the mail today, so I'm going grocery shopping. It's nice to eat like In-Human again, and have an excuse for it!!!  Later |
