Black Bean Burritos

BLACK BEAN BURRITOS
Total time: 15 minutes

1 (12-ounce) jar fat-free black bean dip
4 (10-inch) fat-free flour tortillas
1 cup chopped tomato
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
Salsa (optional)
Fat-free sour cream (optional)


Spread dip evenly over tortillas (about 1/3 cup dip per tortilla). Sprinkle evenly with tomato, onion, and green pepper.

To serve, roll up tortillas. If desired, top with salsa and sour cream.

Per serving: CALORIES 225 (1% from fat) FAT 0.3g (sat 0.0g) PROTEIN 9.9g CARBOHYDRATE 44.4g FIBER 5.4g CHOLESTEROL 0mg SODIUM 645mg

Mmmmm... That sounds really good KRL. My weakness is mexican food. The only thing I would add to that would be some lowfat cheese and cholula hot sauce.
