who can help with final week ?
hey .
i have an event on a sunday . i would like to here what you think and if i could get some pointers ! i would do my last depletion workout early friday morning and then carb up all friday and saturday . do you think it's to late to carb load ? i just thought that i would appear fuller . please , some advise would be a great help .......... here is also a picture from last time . back then my event was also on a sunday the only thing was i started carbing up on the thursday morning (7am) before that sunday right after i've finished my last depletion workout . |

i carb load for 3 days up to 400 gr a day and dont stop until 2 hr before the show-- i have always been full --break it up in small meals and dont forget the protien!
